Quality Assurance

Quality control centre covers an area of 200 square meters, equipped with up to 35 sets of professional device which are distributed as per safety zone, EMC zone, photoelectric zone, IP water resistance zone, aging zone product reliability zone,etc. From incoming materials to finished goods,


stringent inspection stards are firmly implemented ranging from safety, EMC, performance to product reliability. Testing reports can be tracked all the way from product design uation to finished goods shipping to guarantee quality of products.

Manufacturing

Our production base is located in Jiangmen covering an area of 10,000 square meters 200 staffs. There are over 30 hi-speed automatic encapsulation lines, 2 automatic SMT applied welding lines, 2 automatic extrusion lines 4 production lines, forming a complete production process for LED strip including LED encapsulation,


hi-speed SMT, automatic welding full series of water resistance with average monthly production capacity of LED strips up to 1 million meters. What is more, we have always been upgrading our manufacturing factory improving the production process for linear lights so that we can satisfy our customers with high-quality products, pleasant support rapid delivery.
